   I’m not equipped to comment on the accuracy of Dr. Mackay’s information, but in his several shortish, non-technical articles on Ebola, which center on explaining how the disease is transmitted and comparing that with propagation of various other viruses such as flu and rhinovirus, certainly seem accurate; if they are, they are extremely helpful.

   Dr. Ian Mackay, who is credited for the diagram above, is a virologist at the University of Queensland. Strongly recommend his articles at
