I’ve done it. There’s a tiny tickbox called “allow comments” in the bottom left corner of the edit page.
Thank God for that! If I were American, I’d go into a little homily about learning experiences. But I’m not and I won’t.
“Lessons have been learned” … about “a series of failures of correct proceedures being followed. Going Forward, we will….”
But we can’t learn any lessons yet. We still haven’t been exonerated by our independent enquiry….
