Question: Are there any limits to freedom of speech?

Sean Gabb says no, there are no limits. People should be at liberty to say whatever they please about public issues, no matter how offensive it may be to others. This applies to Moslems who want to burn Armistice Day poppies. It also applies to anyone who wants to burn copies of the Koran.
