Mozart is a composer I have slowly gravitated towards over the years, but I could not be quite as positive about him as Sean is.
Mozart expertly bridged the gap between early and middle-period or modern classical music. He had the advantage of emerging better kinds of instruments, slowly superceding the late-medieval and early classical types, and better engineering to make them.
