This chappie talking, makes you want to get up and follow him. He’s got rhythm, and he’s got the gift, and he bloody well  Believes in God, it just shines out of the bugger, even past his gap-tooth, good for him, I wish I was as strong as that and could follow him. I like this man, really.

You could wish that the Church of England was a real Christian Church, you could. You could even wish that it was On The Side Of The Angels: but it’s not, sadly, well, not now anyway, it’s not. But this Archbishop is all right though. York should take Primacy imho, now, before it’s too late. I am not the Director of Northern Affairs for nothing, me.

His article is great. But I guess he can’t print all he’d like to, or his terrible and diabolic boss, the Asse-Hatte, will give him a good scragging.

And he has one of the five finest Cathedrals in the known world, to preach from. The others are Liverpool (CofE), Durham, Lincoln and Salisbury.

Asse-Hatte, eat out your heart: you could not even  _begin_  to know how to preach the Word of God (even if you knew what that stuff was) in one of those grand, holy and supplicational buildings Made By The Hands of Good Men who were better than you are, even if you tried.
